Instrument Runs

We have an options for those customers that want to set up their own Fragment Analysis and DNA Sequencing samples and then run them on the Core instruments. We offer instrument capillary runs on the 3130xl and 3730xl ABI DNA Sequencers.

Contact the Core to make arrangements to use the instrument.
Some restrictions on the types that can be run in the instrument may apply.

Generally the following prices are charged for instrument runs:

Notes on pricing:

*DNA Sequencing: currently we only offer full runs. We cannot break down the price per sample.
**Fragment Analysis runs have a minimum charge of $60.
